St. Mary’s Secondary School is a Catholic school for girls located in the heart of Ballina, Co. Mayo. Founded over 170 years ago by the Sisters of Mercy, St. Mary’s now has a student population of around 600 pupils. As a Catholic school, St. Mary’s takes pride in providing a warm and inclusive environment for pupils to learn in, encouraging students to pursue the highest standard of academic and personal development.
In addition to the core curriculum subjects, the school offers students a wide variety of extra-curricular activities ranging from debating to choir to a Young Pioneers Club. Similarly, students can participate in a range of sports including Gaelic football, athletics, basketball, soccer and swimming among others.
We built a unique website for St. Mary’s, tailored to suit the requirements of pupils, parents and teachers, and we’re happy to report that the school has found iClassCMS to be an efficient and effective content management solution.
Robert O’Reilly, Principal of St. Mary’s Secondary School, had this to say about iClassCMS:
‘I would highly recommend the team at iClassCMS if you are planning a new website or redeveloping an existing site. They were on time, within budget and a highly competent and efficient service from start to finish. The system is very simple to use and keep updated – exactly what we were looking for!’
iClassCMS is currently being rolled out in a number of schools and organisations throughout Ireland including Mount Anville, St Josephs College Lucan, St Marys Ballina, various ETB Schools and Gaelscoileanna.
